Where possible, yes. We always aim to attend urgent plumbing issues as quickly as possible, managing our capacity carefully so customers are serviced within an appropriate timeframe from the initial phone call.
Do you provide free quotes?
We provide upfront pricing and quotations where appropriate, following an initial assessment of your plumbing issue. Our dispatch fee is $95, which covers the cost of an experienced, qualified plumber attending your home to accurately assess your situation, discuss your long-term needs and provide enough information for you to make an informed decision on any upcoming work.
Do you service both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We work with homeowners, property managers, body corporates, schools, builders, industrial sites and small business owners.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Absolutely. All of our plumbers are fully licensed and insured, and we obtain the necessary home warranty insurance on our works and lodge required paperwork with the QBCC and council on your behalf.
Can you complete the repair on the same day?
